WCE TRAINING BOOKING AGREEMENT, WAIVER & POLICIES
ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER
I understand that participation in WCE Training activities, including but not limited to strength training, speed and agility training, conditioning, football instruction, sports performance training, camps, clinics, classes, and private training sessions involves inherent risks that may result in injury, illness, permanent disability, or death.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur.
I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless WCE Training LLC, its owners, coaches, trainers, staff, volunteers, contractors, and facility partners, including but not limited to Triple Crown Athletic and any other training locations utilized by WCE Training, from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from participation.
PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE
I grant WCE Training LLC permission to photograph, record, and use images, videos, testimonials, and likenesses of the participant for promotional, educational, website, social media, and marketing purposes without compensation.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for training sessions, class packs, camps, clinics, private training, drop-in sessions, events, or other services purchased through WCE Training.
If an athlete becomes injured and is unable to participate, any unused portion may be eligible for account credit at the discretion of WCE Training management.
If WCE Training must cancel a session, event, or program, participants will receive either a make-up session, account credit, or refund as determined by WCE Training.
ATTENDANCE & CANCELLATION POLICY
Scheduled sessions may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling policies established by WCE Training.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without proper notice may result in forfeiture of that session.
Participants are responsible for arriving on time and following all training instructions and facility rules.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE AGREEMENT
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have carefully read, understand, and voluntarily agree to all terms contained within this agreement including but not limited to
- I certify that the participant is physically capable of participating and that any known medical conditions have been disclosed.
- I agree to the Photo & Video Release.
- I understand and agree to the Refund Policy.
- I understand and agree to the Attendance Policy.
I understand that this electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
